Shipping policy

1) Order processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • During peak season or promotions, processing may take longer.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email (with tracking, when available) once your order ships.

2) Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in Ontario (and other regions as shown at checkout, if available). Availability may vary by product due to carrier restrictions.
If a product cannot be shipped to your address, the checkout will prevent purchase or we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

3) Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and the items in your cart.

4) Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery times (after processing) vary by destination and carrier:
  • Local / nearby deliveries: typically 1–3 business days
  • Ontario shipping: typically 2–7 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and seasonal volume can affect delivery.

5) Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be emailed to you once your order ships.

6) Shipping restrictions (chemicals and regulated items)

Some pool and spa chemicals and related products may be subject to shipping restrictions. This can include:
  • Certain items being ineligible for shipping to some locations
  • Carrier limitations on quantities, weights, or classifications
  • Additional handling requirements
If an item cannot be shipped, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss options.

7) Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
  • If a carrier marks a delivery as completed but you cannot locate the package, contact us and we will help you open a carrier investigation.

8) Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue (replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation).

9) Split shipments

If your order contains multiple items, it may ship in more than one package. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment when available.
