Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains when Poolside Supply Company will accept returns and issue refunds. If you have questions before ordering, please contact us — we’re happy to help you choose the right product.
1) Returns & refunds — pool and spa chemicals
For safety, regulatory, and product integrity reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on opened pool and spa chemicals.
Unopened chemicals (case-by-case)
We may accept returns for unopened, unused chemical products case-by-case, provided that:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in original, sealed packaging
- The label is intact and the product is in resalable condition
- You contact us within 14 days of delivery (or pickup notification)
- You provide your order number/receipt
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
2) Non-chemical items (accessories, testing, parts)
We may accept returns on eligible non-chemical items (e.g., accessories, testing supplies) within 14 days of delivery (or pickup notification) if:
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- All parts, manuals, and included components are returned
Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons (for example, items that have been used in water). If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.
3) Wrong item, missing item, or damaged order
If you receive the wrong item, an item is missing, or your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or pickup notification)
- Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
4) Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once an order has shipped or is out for delivery, it may not be possible to cancel.
5) Refund timing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing times vary by payment provider, but typically appear within 5–10 business days
6) Return shipping (if applicable)
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
7) How to request a return or refund
Contact us with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’re requesting to return
- The reason for the request
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
