Eligibility

  • Items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging.
  • Pool and spa chemicals are final sale and cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons.

How to Return

  2. We'll provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
